Refund policy

Our ultimate aim is to provide you with high quality, practical and long-lasting products that you love. We hope you are delighted with your order, but we understand that sometimes something may not be quite right.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at help@lovemylot.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. We will then email you with return instructions and a returns label or returns link.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this helps us process your return as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

As an extra goodwill policy, we are happy to accept most returns up to 30 days from receipt, provided the item is returned unused, in perfect saleable condition, with its original packaging, tags and proof of purchase.

Free UK returns

We offer free UK returns on eligible orders.

We do not include a returns label inside your parcel, as returns are rare and this helps us avoid unnecessary waste. Instead, simply email help@lovemylot.com with your order number and return request, and we will send you a returns label or returns link by email, along with instructions on how to return your parcel.

Please package your item safely and securely. We recommend keeping your proof of postage, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at help@lovemylot.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, a photo of the issue.

We will arrange the next steps with you and cover the return postage.

  • The reason for return, if you are happy to provide one

Once we have received your request, we will send you return instructions and a returns label or returns link by email.

Returning your parcel

Please package the item safely and securely and follow the instructions provided in your return email.

Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund as quickly as possible and always within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be made back to your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few working days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For change of mind returns, items must be returned unused and in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if an item has been used, damaged, or handled beyond what would reasonably be expected when checking it.

Items that cannot be returned

Some items may only be returned if they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. This may include personalised or custom-made items, perishable items, or sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
