UK RETURNS PROCESS

We hope you are over the moon with your order however should you decide you want to return your Love My Lot purchase its as easy as 1,2,3 and it's FREE!

1. Put the item to return in its original condition/packaging into a secure bag (or reuse the one sent)

2. Pop your returns slip (attached to the dispatch note that came with your order) inside the bag

3. Either use our included returns label or contact us and we can send you one. Stick this on the front of your package and take it to your local Royal Mail post office. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCESS

Please use a delivery service that offers insurance/tracking as unfortunately we can take no responsibility for goods before they reach us, and keep hold of your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Please note we do not cover the delivery cost for international returns, outside of the UK.
